Lidia Gajewska  chemist by profession, artist from heart. She considered painting as a pastime, which allows her to appreciate surrounding reality and enjoy colors and shapes. Lidia took several art courses at NSCAD in Halifax, number of painting and drawing classes with known Nova Scotia artist like B. Hubley, J Brown, C. Fraser and few others.

Her painting is focus on colors and shapes rather than on details. She enjoys painting flowers, landscape and marine scene. She donated several of her painting to different fundraising auctions.
